My passion is deeply rooted in working with people and supporting their personal growth. As a qualified Industrial Psychologist, practising in the field of Human Resources for the past 25 years, I have gathered exceptional experience in helping people to fulfil their unique potential. In my journey to understand people dynamics, I’ve completed numerous post-graduate courses to solidify my knowledge and understanding of human dynamics and behaviour.

I believe in constant learning and am currently in the final stages of completing an internationally accredited Neuro-based Coaching course. This qualification will add to my current toolbox of coaching methods and skills. Coaching people is what fuels me – I thrive in assisting people to transform into the best version of themselves.
